1. The front end of the spray gun needle is blocked

3. The paint is not filtered when it is poured into the paint bucket

4. The conveying pressure is too high and the air inlet pressure of the feeder is too high

Countermeasures:

1. Remove the nozzle for cleaning

2. Replace the filter cloth or appropriately reduce the density of the red filter cloth

3. The filter cloth is too dense

4. Reduce the coating delivery pressure. It is recommended that the delivery pressure of each spray is 0.01Mpa ~ 0.015MPa (for example, if there are 8 guns in a spray room, the delivery pressure is 0.08mpa ~ 0.12mpa and the air pressure is 0.2MPa ~ 0.25MPa)
